Jeptha was a grandson of John & Christina Bumgardner Parrill. He was born in Virginia.  This is the only photo of him that I could aquire.

Silas Parrill's grandson Andrew Built this farmstead. In the left background near the windmill was Silas Parrills. Homestead. Andrew added a log cabin which was Silas originally and was originaly located about 1/4 mile south before Andrew moved it here, stripped the inside converting it to a buggy shed and carpenter shop. Picture was in 1940-1950.
The farmstead built near 1900 plus or minus a few years.

Deans house that he had built from adding onto Jepthas original home. He did this around 1920.
