BRAXTON PARRILL

Braxton Parrill last seen as "head of household" on census 1840. Born around 1810-1820 Hampshire Co. With Isabella and the triplets. He was an older brother of the triplets. (Abraham S. Isaac P. and Jacob D) and family. Braxton's whereabouts since unknown. A guess is that he may have went to Ohio. Not to be confused with Joseph Franklin Parrill's son Braxton. Have you seen any info on him? Do you know any of his family, if he had one?

LYDIA DILLINGER

Lydia Dillinger Parrill, 1st wife of Jacob D. Parrill Daughter of George and Doritha Dillinger. Does anyone have any info on her? Where she is buried etc?

CHILDREN OF ISAAC P. and Sarah C. Parrill

Isaac Perry Parrill one of the triplets born 1825 as mentioned. 1st wed Sarah some time between 1850 and 1860 (no maiden name for her) Hampshire Co WV.

Had a son John W. Parrill born in Hampshire Co. WV born 1854.

A daughter  Harriet E. born in Hampshire CO WV born 1856.
Do you know, or have you seen any info on them?

 Issac's youngest daughter Martha V.  born in Hampshire Co. WV born 1858.

We think they may have gone to Ohio after Isaac died in 1878, only a guess. because the of Abraham and Joseph Franklin lived there. Isaac P. 2nd wed Mary Ann Delaplane 7/29/1866 No children known from this union.

LEGACIES OF EDWARD PARRILL

Trying to locate the Legacies of Edward Parrill, who died 1827 who wed Rachel Ashbrook, who had no children.

 We assume these children were left to Edward by his brother William,when he died. However no will has been found for William, and William had children according to census, of course the early census just listed head of household and not each name of family, only male or female and rough ages of all members.

Then when Edward died Joseph Parrill became guardian for them, Joseph signed as executioner dated 8/17/1827 notes are “Four in part of the legacies in part of their legacies", so it seems that Joseph now had the children, and the estate that was left to be divided between them passed on down by each brother.

   Lists the following  in court documents at Hampshire County Courthouse. Will book 9 pages 204 and pages  269 pertaining to the settlement of Edwards estate per his will. page 269 reads: Joseph Parrill guardian for William, Jane, Rachel, Edward R. Parrill

 We think this may be the William living in Berkeley County WV.

GEORGE W. PARRILL

George W. Parrill born 1858 brother of Eward Asby Turner Parrill. Son of Jacob Dillon Parrill, whereabouts and family unknown.

EDGAR PARRILL

Edgar Parrill shows "adopted: living with Michael and Sarah Philip 1880 census Hampshire Co. WV  lived next door to Jacob D. Parrill

TIDAWICK ASHBY (PARRILL)?

Tidawick Ashby (Parrill?) Son of James W. Parrills Daughter Mary E. Parrill who wed John Fedawick. Does anyone know if this name is Tedawick or Fedawick? Can't tell from the writings of census. he is shown grandson and 8 years old on 1880 census Hampshire County WV. Living under John Columbus Parrill head of household, son of James W. Parrill, Tidawick Ashby shown under James W. Parrill, on census. Tidawick Ashby was James grandson.

This photo was sent by Doris Gideon, She thinks it is photos of Joseph Franklins daughters. Is it Loucietta Parrill Mcnickel, and "Allie"Denning, or  Josephine Larrimore?  But not sure. Can anyone help? click photo to enlarge.
